Who we are
Little Hours is provided by Rajgopal & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 070 298), Victoria, Australia ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you got Little Hours from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms also apply.
Free in beta
Little Hours is free while in beta; we'll tell you before that changes.
What Little Hours is
A record of what your family logs, shared between the parents and helpers you invite. Little Hours records and summarises what you log. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Medicine timings are the usual packet limits for paracetamol and ibuprofen: always check the packet or ask a pharmacist. For medical advice, talk to your GP, midwife or maternal and child health nurse. In an emergency call 000.
Your content
What you record is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, sync it to the people you invite and show it back to them. You can download it while on a plan, ask for a copy by email at any time, and delete it (see the privacy policy).
Fair use
Use Little Hours for your own family. Don't try to get at other families' data, overload or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep important medical information with your health professionals too.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude any guarantee or right that the Australian Consumer Law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Changes
These terms are effective from 14 October 2026. If we change them in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the change applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
